Mozzarella Bar200 g

Barbecued turkey breast200 g
Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
Cream Cheese1 unit(s)
Milk20 ml
Salt to taste
Butter2 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Season the chicken to taste, cook and shred and set aside.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook until ready to mash.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes of about 1 cm each and set aside.
Grate turkey breast and set aside.
