- Milk200 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Bread flour2 cup
- Chopped Mozzarella150 g
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Crushed ham sausage150 g
- Oil to taste
- Pinch of salt to taste
- In a pan, place the milk, margarine and 2 cups of flour, add the salt and cook on low heat until the dough comes off the pan.
- Wait for it to cool down
- Meanwhile, sauté the sausage, set aside
- Make balls, and fill with sausage and mozzarella.
