Em uma panela coloque o leite, a farinha de trigo, o tempero de sua preferência, a margarina, a gema e o sal leve ao fogo e mexa bem com uma colher até soltar a massa da panela.

In a pan, place the milk, wheat flour, seasoning of your choice, margarine, egg yolk and salt, bring to a boil and stir well with a spoon until the dough comes out of the pan.

Deixe esfriar e abra um pedaço da massa na mão, coloque pedacinhos de queijo e enrole.

Passe as bolinhas só na clara e em seguida na farinho de rosca. 
Frite em óleo quente.
