  • Mashed Boiled Potato1 kg
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chicken or vegetable broth1 unit(s)
  • Milk360 ml
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Mozzarella, cut into small cubes300 g
  1. In a pan put the margarine and the chicken stock and stir so that the stock dissolves well and then add salt to taste and the milk and keep stirring to mix well and let it get very hot and add the mashed potato and stir very well to mix well and let it be at the point of a puree and then you will add the wheat flour and mix very well with a wooden spoon until it comes off the pan. Place on the table or in a marinex and let it cool. Then make medium or small balls and fill each ball with a piece of cheese and so on until the dough is finished. You can freeze and then add the sauce and bake for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the power of the oven. I made it here at home and froze it and then used it as needed.
  2. Make a delicious tomato sauce and you put half the sauce and a portion of gnocchi and cover it again with sauce because the secret of the pasta is the sauce. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then serve with white rice.
