- Packet of grated cheese50 g
- Margarine (I used qualy)4 dessert spoon
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the grated cheese well.
- Then, add the margarine and mix well with your hands, until you form a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands, but at the same time it must be slightly moist, soft.
- If necessary, add more flour or more margarine, depending on the case.
- Grease a shape with margarine and add small balls made with the dough. Then, with a fork, lightly press the ball. Finally, brush with the yolk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
