- Mix 2 eggs + 5 tablespoons of oatmeal in fine flakes (or any healthy flour) + seasonings (I used paprika and black pepper) + 1 spoon coffee of butter + 1 teaspoon of yeast 2 Distribute the dough in silicone molds 3 place a square of cheese (I used Minas cured) in the middle of the dough 4 put in the airfryer for 12min at 200° or in the oven for 20min at 180° and that's it ;D
