- Large Mashed Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Mozzarella (for layering and topping) to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan100 g
- Olives to taste
- Milk50 ml
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Duckling or ground beef1 kg
- Tomato sauce1 to taste
- Cook the potatoes to the point of puree.
- Meanwhile, prepare the ground beef. I use garlic, onion, grated carrot to taste, red pepper, onion, coriander, Bahian seasoning, 1 broth powder flavored with meat and salt, tomato sauce to taste (optional). I let it simmer until it boils.
- I prepare the puree with the Margarine, salt and milk. I use a mixer for this, cycle very fast. just to mix well
- I do the assembly: half of the ground beef, cover with cheese, pour the other half of the meat, cover with mashed and mozzarella cheese on top. Garnish with olives and grated parmesan. I put it in the oven just to melt the cheese.
