- 2 American glasses of milk2 cup
- 1 American glass of water1 cup
- 1/3 American cup of oil1 cup
- 500 g of sweet flour500 g
- Grated cheese to taste0 to taste
- 3 whole eggs3 unit(s)
- Boil the milk with the water the oil
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Pour in the boiled liquid and mix with ONE large spoon
- Wait for it to cool and pour in the grated cheese and eggs.
- Mix the dough by hand, kneading well until it becomes a hard homemade glue.
- Make balls the size you like.
- Bake in a hot oven until golden.
