- HOW TO MAKE . 📌 In a bowl put 1 cup of sour sprinkle, add 1/2 cup of boiling water, knead and stir to hydrate the sour sprinkle; 📌 As soon as you finish mixing, see if you can knead it with your hand and knead until it becomes a smooth dough; 📌 Wait for it to cool down; 📌 After cooling, add 150 g of grated mozzarella and salt to the dough and mix well until the dough is very smooth; 📌 Divide the dough and make the donut in the shape and size you want; 📌 Bake in oven at 200° for approximately 20 min or until it's very dry and golden underneath.
