Ingredients: 2 cup Whole milk; 2 cup Unleavened Wheat Flour; 3 unit(s) Eggs; 1 cup Corn Starch (Maizena); 100 g Grated Parmesan Cheese; 2 tablespoon Margarine; 1 teaspoon Cake Yeast; 1 cup Sugar

Coloque no liquidificador os ovos e bata por 1 minuto.
Em seguida adicione o leite, o queijo ralado, o amido de milho, a margarina e o açúcar.
Bata tudo por certa de 1 minuto.
Em seguida vá adicionando a farinha de trigo aos poucos e bata por mais 1 minuto.
Adicione o fermento em pó e bata por 15 segundos. Em seguida despeje a mistura em uma forma já untada com manteiga e farinha de trigo e leve para assar por 45 minutos em fogo baixo. 

Place the eggs in the blender and beat for 1 minute.
Then add the milk, grated cheese, cornstarch, margarine and sugar.
Beat everything for about 1 minute.
Then gradually add the wheat flour and beat for another 1 minute.
Add the baking powder and beat for 15 seconds. Then pour the mixture into a shape already greased with butter and wheat flour and bake for 45 minutes on low heat.

Finalize com queijo ralado povilhado encima ou se preferir corte em fatias e passe requeijão de sua preferência.

Finish with grated cheese sprinkled on top or, if you prefer, cut into slices and spread with the curd of your choice.
