1 box of sour cream (200 ml) 1 cup (curd) of grated cheese (I mixed parmesan and grated mozzarella) 1 cup (curd) of sprinkle (I used sweet sprinkle)

Amasse até soltar das mãos (caso precise um pouquinho a mais de polvilho, coloque aos poucos até que chegue ao ponto de enrolar).
Faça bolinhas, coloque em forma untada e asse em forno preaquecido bem quente.
Se achar necessário, acrescente sal.
Asse até ficarem douradinhos levemente.

Knead until you let go of your hands (if you need a little more sprinkle, add it little by little until you get to the point of rolling).
Make balls, place in greased shape and bake in a very hot preheated oven.
If necessary, add salt.
Bake until lightly golden.
