  • Tie Noodles500 g
  • Cherry Tomatoes300 g
  • Half cured cheese or ricotta300 g
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Fine herbs, chimichurri, oregano and black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Basil to taste
  1. Cook the macaroni with salt in water al dente Reserve
