- GRATED PARMESAN50 g
- nutmeg to taste

- cottage cheese250 g
- fresh lasagna pasta500 g
- ham300 g
- MOZSARELA300 g
- in a pan put a thread of oil put 1 spoon of wheat flour and mix it make a farofinha and let the wheat cook, put the milk and dissolve the wheat and make a cream put a teaspoon of salt and nutmeg to taste
- put the parmesan cheese, put black pepper to taste and let it cook
- now let's make the rondelli
- roll out the lasagna dough, place a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella on top with a spoonful of cream cheese, roll the dough tightly, cut it in half and place it on the rolled up tray
- put the white cream over the rondeles around on top put slices of mozzarella and put the parmesan on top
- put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
- served with white rice
