Vamos cozinhar essa couve flor com sal até ficar bem molinha 

Depois vamos misturar o creme de leite o queijo e a ricota e jogar em cima da couve para gratinar 

Bater os ovos em seguida e o tomate 

Depois jogar por cima da couve junto com parmesão por cima e deixar no forno pra gratinar até ficar douradinha  

Let's cook this cauliflower with salt until it's very soft

Then we are going to mix the cream, cheese and ricotta and toss on top of the cabbage for fixings.

Then beat the eggs and the tomato

Then throw it on top of the cabbage along with parmesan on top and leave it in the oven to brown until golden.
