- Wheat Flour1/2 kg
- Margarine200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Beaten yolk2 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast (stuffing)3 tablespoon
- Chopped hearts of palm300 g
- Chopped seedless tomato4 unit(s)
- Smell-green olive green to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the flour in a bowl and add the other ingredients except water.
- Knead without kneading and add water little by little, until you get a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
- Let it rest for 1/2 hour
- Divide into 3 parts
- Roll out 2 parts with the rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 40×40 cm mold
- Reserve
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion until transparent
- Add the chicken and tomatoes and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes
- Add the heart of palm and cook for about 5 minutes
- If necessary, add a few spoonfuls of water.
- Finally, add the green smell and the olive.
- Adjust the salt and pepper and let it cool down.
- Spread the filling and cover the pie with the rest of the dough.
- Brush with the beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium-high oven (220°C) until golden, ready to serve 😏
