Cozinhe a macaxeira na água e depois que ferver coloque o sal 

Cook the cassava in the water and after it boils, add the salt.

Amasse a macaxeira com a margarina espalhe na assadeira pra pizza 

Knead the cassava with the margarine spread it on the pizza pan

Retire do forno e recheie. Passe o molho de tomate, coloque o presunto, as rodelas de tomate, as azeitona e o manjericão por último leve ao forno por mais 15 minutos ou até o queijo derreter.
