Cassava gnocchi with mushroom sauce

  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Shitake200 g
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Fresh cream500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Remove the cassava wrapping in aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  2. When they are very soft, pass through a sieve, add the wheat flour and form a dough. Let it rest in the fridge
  3. For the sauce, fry the garlic in butter, add the mushroom, adjust the salt and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the fresh cream and let it reduce.
  5. With the gnocchi dough already chilled, roll it and cut it to the desired size.
  6. To make it beautiful, sear in butter until you create a golden crust.
  7. Serve with the mushroom sauce
