- Put the cassava to cook under pressure for 15 to 20 min.
- After cooking, knead well without leaving any pieces.
- Place in the pan with 3 tablespoons of curd, salt to taste and the milk gradually.
- Stir well until creamy
- In another pan, place the shrimp with oil and onion to fry.
- Add the tomato to make the sauce, salt to taste and finally parsley or chives.
- Preparation mode Put half of the cassava puree and line the bottom of your platter
- In the middle add the shrimp with sauce.
- Top with more manioc puree
- Add the cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
