  1. Put the cassava to cook under pressure for 15 to 20 min.
  2. After cooking, knead well without leaving any pieces.
  3. Place in the pan with 3 tablespoons of curd, salt to taste and the milk gradually.
  4. Stir well until creamy
  5. In another pan, place the shrimp with oil and onion to fry.
  6. Add the tomato to make the sauce, salt to taste and finally parsley or chives.
  7. Preparation mode Put half of the cassava puree and line the bottom of your platter
  8. In the middle add the shrimp with sauce.
  9. Top with more manioc puree
  10. Add the cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  11. Then put the shrimp and chives to decorate your plate
