- 1 cup of sugar or half a cup of honey1 cup
- 2 and a half cups all-purpose flour2 cup
- Baking powder3 teaspoon
- One and a half cashew juice concentrate1 cup
- Chopped Cashew Nuts1 cup
- Egg whites4 unit(s)
- Beat the margarine with the yolks and sugar until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour with yeast, alternating with the cashew juice. Add the cashews and finally the snow whites. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve with hot mint tea.
