- Calabrian sausage250 g
- Diced Bacon70 g
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Parsley black pepper to taste1/2 teaspoon
- In a large pan, cut the sausage, pepperoni, bacon and put it to fry.
- When it is golden add the onion and garlic and sauté a little more.
- Soon after add the dried meat of another sauté. Add the rice, add salt to taste, the bay leaf, add water until covered, cook until ready. Serve to taste.
