Tempere a carne moída com alho ,cebola chimichuri, sal , cebola cominho e refogue no azeite . Acrescente  cheiro verde e refogue mais . Reserve

No liquidificador bata ovos , farinha , sal , óleo , leite e cenoura . 

In a blender, beat eggs, flour, salt, oil, milk and carrots.

Em uma frigideira antiaderente passe um pouco de margarina . Utilize uma concha de feijão para despejar a massa na frigideira até ficar no ponto . Vire qdo estiver no ponto. Recheie com a carne . Sirva com acompanhamento de sua preferência 

In a non-stick skillet, spread some margarine. Use a bean ladle to pour the batter into the skillet until it is done. Turn when ready. Stuff with the meat. Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
