Ingredients

  • Wheat flour with yeast | 2 cup
  • Eggs | 5 unit(s)
  • Liquid milk | 2 cup
  • Sour cream | 2 cup
  • Butter | 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Carrots (grated) | 2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate powder | 1 cup

Recipe

  1. Take a blender, add carrots, oil, eggs, sugar, wheat flour with yeast and beat everything.
  2. Then stir the dough with a spoon and put it in a shape with a hole in the middle. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
  3. For the chocolate syrup, in a pan, add butter, chocolate powder, sugar and liquid milk in a pan. I put it on medium heat until it reaches a creamy thickness, then pour the syrup over the cake, already cold. Recipe completed.
