Baking powder3 tablespoon
Grated and chopped medium carrots3 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Sugar2 tablespoon
Wheat flour2 cup
Pinch of salt1 to taste
Egg3 unit(s)
Chocolate1/2 cup

Shake in the liquefier all the ingredients except flour and chocolate chips (optional)
Add the flour, half a cup at a time, beating in between. Then transfer the dough to a bowl and add the chocolate chips. (optional) Mix.
Preheat medium oven (180 degrees ºC).
Pour the dough into a greased and floured medium shape and bake for 40 minutes.
