  • Baking powder3 tablespoon
  • Grated and chopped medium carrots3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Chocolate1/2 cup
  1. Shake in the liquefier all the ingredients except flour and chocolate chips (optional)
  2. Add the flour, half a cup at a time, beating in between. Then transfer the dough to a bowl and add the chocolate chips. (optional) Mix.
  3. Preheat medium oven (180 degrees ºC).
  4. Pour the dough into a greased and floured medium shape and bake for 40 minutes.
