  • Milk3/4 cup
  • Large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar60 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • bread yeast1 unit(s)
  1. Beat the milk together with the carrot in the blender and strain.
  2. Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes. Place a cloth over it and let it rise for an hour or so.
  3. Open the dough and shape the buns. Let rise in the molds for another 40 minutes.
  4. Once risen, brush a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk over the breads (to brown)
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
