Coloque água para ferver com sal, uma quantidade que cubra o macarrão  e deixe cozinhar até ficar aldente

Bring water to boil with salt, an amount that covers the pasta and let it cook until aldente.

Em uma Travessa coloque a gema com o queijo e vai acrescentando a água que está cozinhando o macarrão aos poucos, até o queijo derreter mais tomando cuidado para não cozinhar a gema.  O queijo pode ser ralado para derreter mais rápido 

In a platter, place the yolk with the cheese and gradually add the water that is cooking the macaroni, until the cheese melts more, being careful not to cook the yolk. Cheese can be grated to melt faster

Escorra o macarrão e junte ao melhor, acerte o sal e tempere com a pimenta do reino a gosto. 

Drain the pasta and add it to the best, adjust the salt and season with the black pepper to taste.

Dei um toque com azeite a gosto e azeitonas. Ficou saboroso, e coma assim que ficar pronto 

I added a touch of olive oil to taste and olives. It was tasty, and eat it as soon as it's ready
