Spaghetti

Em uma frigideira, colocar a manteiga e a cebola.

In a skillet, place the butter and onion.

Acrescentar as gemas uma de cada vez com o fogo desligado, batendo rapidamente

Add the yolks one at a time with the heat off, beating quickly.

Acender o fogo, e deixar o molho em ponto (ele ficará cremoso).

Turn on the fire, and leave the sauce on point (it will be creamy).

Colocar o espaguete já cozido, juntamente com o molho em uma panela maior.

Place the already cooked spaghetti, along with the sauce in a larger pot.

Misturar bem colocar o bacon e levar tudo ao forno, por 5 minutos, coberto com queijo parmesão

Mix well, put the bacon and put everything in the oven for 5 minutes, covered with Parmesan cheese.
