- Arborio rice2 cup
- Dry white wine100 ml
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Peeled Tomato200 g
- Vegetable broth2 l
- Mozzarella Cheese Balls to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Cold butter1 tablespoon
- Basil Leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion and sauté the rice, add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
- Put the peeled tomato, a pinch of sugar, salt and black pepper.
- Start by adding the vegetable broth little by little and stirring constantly, repeat the process until the rice is al dente.
- Turn off the heat, add the cold butter and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Finish with the mozzarella cheese balls and basil leaves.
