  • Cooked grainy Penne4 cup
  • grape tomatoes3/4 cup
  • Sliced buffalo mozzarella1/3 cup
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Sliced Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary1 unit(s)
  • Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  1. In a high non-stick skillet add the olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and rosemary leaves, season with salt and mix.
  2. Cook over low heat (so it doesn't burn), cover the skillet and stir a few times. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the already cooked penne and mix. Adjust the salt, add the buffalo mozzarella, stir and turn off the heat.
  4. Finish with the fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
