- Catupiry200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomato2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- arugula1 cup
- Basil1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Sauté the garlic and tomato in butter until they are wilted and then add the arugula and basil to sauté and wilt as well
- Finish the pasta with catupiry and a spoonful of the pasta cooking water, adjust the seasoning if necessary and finish.
