Cappuccino Cake with Chocolate Icing

  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil1/2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Water1/2 teaspoon
  • Brewed coffee1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Wheat for greasing and flour1 tablespoon
  • Powdered milk for sprinkling1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, chocolate powder, flour, water, coffee and yeast until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 24cm diameter mold with a hole in the middle, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until firm and golden. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
  3. For the frosting, heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until it melts, then add a box of cream and 3 tablespoons of chocolate and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  4. Then add the frosting to the cake.
