- Mozzarella to taste

- Seasonings to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Take the sheet of cannelloni dough and stuff it with a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella (use what you need to cover the entire sheet.
- Roll up the sheet of dough and place on a tray and set aside.
- In a pan add the milk, butter, seasoning to taste and wheat flour stirring vigorously until cooked.
- Pour the white sauce completely over the pasta.
- cover with mozzarella
- Sprinkle with oregano and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes (depending on the oven)
