Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Margarine | 3 tablespoon
  • Panettone essence | 1 tablespoon
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Candied fruit | 1/2 cup
  • Raisins | 1/2 cup
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a stand mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and margarine until light and creamy.
  2. Add the panettone essence and incorporate the flour with the milk. This process can be done in the mixer.
  3. Then add the candied fruits and put the dough in a greased shape. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
