- Margarine | 3 tablespoon
- Panettone essence | 1 tablespoon
- Milk | 1 cup
- Candied fruit | 1/2 cup
- Raisins | 1/2 cup
- Yeast | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- In a stand mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and margarine until light and creamy.
- Add the panettone essence and incorporate the flour with the milk. This process can be done in the mixer.
- Then add the candied fruits and put the dough in a greased shape. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
