  • Whey-free cream200 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in hand for about 5 minutes until it no longer sticks to the hands, keep in the fridge in a bag not to dry out.
  2. For the stuffing: 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon full of olive oil.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the chicken and a pinch of salt, stir well, add 300 ml of unsweetened tomato sauce, 200 grams of curd and mix well, let the sauce dry a little and finish with 1 can of corn and parsley to taste, set aside until cool.
  4. Take half of the dough that rested in the fridge.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and try to get it into an oval shape.
  6. Add the stuffing and close the dough with a fork.
  7. Brush an egg yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
