Cake with almonds and berries

- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk or regular milk150 ml
- Vegetable oil115 ml
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Flaked Almonds to taste
- Red berries to taste
- Sugar150 g
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Beat the eggs very well until foamy. Add the sugar and beat until you have a cream. Add the curdled milk. (For the curdled milk, use 2 tablespoons of white vinegar in the milk and wait for it to curdle. The curdled milk makes the dough softer. You can also use uncurdled milk. But I always prefer curdled milk in recipes.) Add the oil and the essence of vanilla. Beat to mix these last ingredients.
- Without beating in the mixer, add the wheat flour, the yeast, part of the almonds and the red fruits (I used blackberries and blueberries). You can use it as you like.
- Gently mix. Place in a previously greased form. Pour the rest of the almonds and fruit over the dough. Sprinkle sugar on top
- Bake until golden.
