1.Bata as claras em neve e reserve.

3.Bata até ficar um creme.
4.Acrescente a farinha de trigo e o leite até ficar uma massa homogênea.
5.Acrescente as claras em neve delicadamente e o fermento.
6.Leve ao forno por cerca de 40 minutos
