  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sugar8 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour16 tablespoon
  1. Beat the egg with the sugar and margarine, then add the milk and flour.
  2. It looks a little like cake batter, but a little thinner than cake batter.
  3. Then, heat the margarine or oil in a skillet over low heat and add approximately half a ladle of the batter to fry.
  4. Keep looking and turn when one side is golden brown.
  5. When the bruaca is fully fried, tilt the skillet and squeeze the bruaca to remove excess oil.
  6. Now just let it cool and you can add toppings of your choice or you can taste it anyway, it's delicious.
