Bread stuffed with ham and cheese

Misture todos os ingredientes (EXCETO O TRIGO) e mexa bem. Aos poucos vá acrescentando a farinha de trigo e mexendo, até a massa não grudar mais nas mãos. 


Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT WHEAT) and mix well. Gradually add the flour and stir until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.


Depois transferi a massa para uma bancada, e sovar até ela ficar bem lisinha e deixe descansar por uns 35min com um pano coberto. 

Then I transferred the dough to a bench, and knead it until it is very smooth and let it rest for about 35 minutes with a covered cloth.

Após passar o tempo, dívida a massa em duas partes abra com a ajuda de um rolo (como se fosse uma tira grande), recheie no meio com a mussarela, presunto ( e pode acrescentar tomate e cebola a seu gosto) e orégano. 

After the time has passed, divide the dough into two parts, open with the help of a rolling pin (as if it were a large strip), fill in the middle with the mozzarella, ham (and you can add tomato and onion to your liking) and oregano.

Depois feche bem o pão, com as partes da massa que não está recheada. Corte do tamanho que quiser e pincele uma gema e colcoar orégano a gosto em cima. Repetir o processo com a outra parte da massa e deixe descansar os pães já modelados por mais 30 minutos. 

Then close the bread well, with the parts of the dough that are not stuffed. Cut the size you want and brush a yolk and place oregano to taste on top. Repeat the process with the other part of the dough and let the shaped buns rest for another 30 minutes.

Após o tempo de descanso, leve os pães ao forno pré aquecido a 200• por mais ou menos 20 minutos até dourar e está pronto. Rende 28 pães pequenos. 

After the resting time, take the breads to the preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes until golden and it's ready. Makes 28 small loaves.
