Misture a maizena com a farinha de trigo e retire uma xícara da mistura amasse a poção separada com fermento e a água deixe-a descansar por 10 minutos faça uma massa com restos de ingredientes acrescente a poção com fermento sove bem e deixe crescer ao preparar massa para trançar acrescente as passas deixe a crescer outra vez e as depois que tiver dobrado de tamanho
