  • Flour1 kg
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl put the flour
  2. Place the eggs, warm milk, sugar, salt, melted margarine and the yeast in a blender.
  3. Pour the contents of the blender over the flour and mix.
  4. When it is well mixed, place the dough on the counter and knead well.
  5. Let rest for 30 minutes
  6. After resting, divide the dough into 3 parts and open with a rolling pin.
  7. Put stuffing of your choice, then gather the masses, and start braiding
  8. Let rest for 1 hour
  9. Brush with egg yolks and bake at 180•C until golden.
  10. Then help yourself, you'll love it, it's very delicious and soft 😊
