Cozinhe o brócolis, na água que cozinhou o brócolis cozinhe o macarrão até ficar al dente.
Enquanto o macarrão cozinha pique o presunto, a mussarela.
Não deixe o macarrão cozinhar muito.pois ele ainda vai ao forno.

Prepare o molho branco.
Em uma panela coloque a margarina/manteiga e frite a cebola até ficar transparente.

Eu coloco noz moscada, pimenta do reino e sal.
Mexa sem parar até começar a ferver, continue mexendo por mais 3 min.
Desligue e coloque o creme de leite.

Em um refratário distribua o macarrão, o brócolis, o milho, o presunto e o queijo e misture muito bem.
Coloque o molho branco misture muito bem e coloque o queijo ralado por cima e leve ao forno para gratinar por uns 20 min.
