Bolognese Pizza with Cauliflower Dough

  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Chopped cheese of your choice200 g
  • Chopped chives2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cook the cauliflower until tender with a little salt, and after cooking let it drain well the water.
  2. Put the cauliflower in the food processor.
  3. In a bowl mix the processed cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, oil and yeast, and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the cauliflower dough evenly and bake for 20 minutes. minutes or until golden.
  5. While the dough is baking, prepare the filling:
  6. Sauté the garlic and onion, add the ground beef and let it cook and brown, add the tomato and half a glass of water, let it cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat.
  7. Take the dough out of the oven, place the ground beef, sprinkle with chives, spread the pieces of cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Put it back in the oven to melt the cheese and the recipe is ready.
