Cozinhe o macarrão em fogo médio com água e sal por 10 minutos ou até ficar (Al dente) em outra panela coloque o azeite o alho a cebola e frite em fogo médio por 5 minutos ou até dourar acrescente a carne moída e refogue por 10 minutos adicione o molho tomate tempere com sal pimenta do reino e deixe ferver por mais 10 minutos desligue o fogo escorra o macarrão e transfira para uma travessa. Despeje o molho finalize com um ramo de salsa e sirva.

Cook the pasta over medium heat with water and salt for 10 minutes or until it is (al dente) in another pan add the oil, garlic and onion and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden add the ground beef and sauté for 10 minutes add the tomato sauce season with salt and pepper and let it boil for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat, drain the pasta and transfer to a platter. Pour the sauce, finish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
