  • Lasagna pasta400 g
  • Bolognese sauce1 kg
  • White sauce (bechamel)1 l
  • Large eggplant, sliced (1.5 cm thick) and grilled2 unit(s)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  1. In a platter put some of the very liquid Bolognese sauce in the bottom until it covers well.
  2. Add a layer of pasta, a layer of Bolognese sauce, then a layer of eggplants and another layer of white sauce. Then the dough again.
  3. Continue the same assembly sequence ending with a layer of white sauce.
  4. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese, place aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 35-40 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil with 5 minutes left to gratin the cheese.
