Bolognese Lasagna with Chedar Sauce

Em uma panela adicione a carne moída, o sal e os temperos de sua preferência, Cubra a carne com água e leve ao fogo até que esteja pronta.

In a pan add the ground meat, salt and seasonings of your choice, Cover the meat with water and bring to the fire until it is ready.

Depois de cozinhar a carne, adicione o milho e a ervilha, o molho de tomate e 1/2 lata do creme de leite, misture e reserve.

After cooking the meat, add the corn and peas, the tomato sauce and 1/2 can of the cream, mix and set aside.

Em uma assadeira retangular, coloque um pouco de molho e vá adicionando a massa, vá intercalando as camadas colocando massa, carne, presunto e queijo. Repita esse processo até que termine os engredientes, ficando por último uma camada de massa.

Em um panela adicione, 1/2 lata de creme de leite e o cheddar Cremoso, leve au fogo até forma um molho.

Coloque o molho por cima da massa e por fim adicione as azeitonas.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido 180° por 30 minutos. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
