  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella600 g
  • Ham400 g
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Green control/smell to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Color to taste
  • Lasagna pasta300 g
  • Tomato sauce3 cup
  • grated cheese1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan put the oil and the chopped onions, let it sauté for about 3 minutes and add the chopped garlic and fry until golden.
  2. Then put the tomato, peppers, black pepper, coloral, coriander / green smell and let it sauté for about 3 minutes, then put the ground beef stir, cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes
  3. Then add the tomato sauce and let it cook for another 7 minutes.
  4. In another pan, add water with a little oil and bring to a boil, then add the lasagna noodles and cook slowly, when al dente remove from the heat and drain the noodles.
  5. In a refractory I put some of the sauce, on top of a layer of pasta, then another layer of sauce, then a layer of ham, then a layer of mozzarella.. and repeat the process.
  6. On the last layer, sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then just put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and that's it.
