  • Tomato sauce340 g

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coriander or green smell to taste
  • Season to taste
  • Lasagna pasta300 g
  • Oil to taste
  • grated cheese to taste

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and onion to brown.
  2. Then add the lasagna and let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Soon after add the chopped tomato, salt, black pepper, sazon, cilantro and the tomato sauce mix everything and let it cook
  4. In another pan, put water with a little oil to boil, when it is boiling, put the pasta little by little to cook, until it becomes aldente.
  5. On a platter, make a layer of sauce, then make a layer of pasta, then a layer of ham, another of cheese, then another of sauce, another of pasta and repeat the process until it fills the entire platter, sprinkle cheese on top. grated and oregano
  6. Then put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
