  • tomato sauce1 cup
  • salt1 to taste

  1. White sauce In a pan, place onion and butter, sauté and then add the milk, but dissolve a tablespoon of cornstarch in the milk, stir constantly, adjust the salt. Put nutmeg at the end

  3. In a pan put water and salt, let it boil, after that add the lasagna pasta, let it cook until it is al dente. Remove from heat, take to the pasta colander and drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  4. In a pan we will assemble the lasagna, you will alternate, at the bottom of the pan, ground beef, then pasta, then ground beef, ham, white sauce and cheese, you do the whole process until you end up with lasagna pasta, white sauce and mozzarella cheese .
  5. Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
