  • Wheat flour650 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground beef1/2 kg
  • Onion/garlic (seasoning the meat)2 unit(s)
  • tomato paste1 unit(s)
  • grated cheese200 g
  1. Cook the potato, then mix the egg and flour while the potato is still warm.
  2. Use a gnocchi, cut the pieces not too large, I make the ground beef sauce and set aside.
  3. In a pan, boil water and place the pieces, as soon as they rise, remove with a skimmer.
  4. Place the pieces on a platter, pour the ground beef sauce on top and put Parmesan cheese in the oven to melt and then just serve.
