  • Boiled and Squeezed Potatoes1 kg
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Softened Butter2 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl and then place in a clean, sturdy plastic bag.
  2. Put 1 liter of water to boil. Make a small cut in the bottom of the bag, squeeze and cut the balls and throw them into the boiling water
  3. When the balls reach the surface of the pan, remove them immediately so they don't soften too much.
  4. Serve with white, bolognese or chicken sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven until heated through.
