  • warm milk1.1/4 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, oil and salt in a blender. Let it beat for about 1 and a half minutes.
  2. Put this mixture in a bowl and add the flour little by little. Stir well with a spoon. Finally add the yeast. Mix art become homogeneous.
  3. Grease a baking sheet well with margarine and then flour it. Put the dough (which is really soft. It's normal) and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Place in preheated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden. (Oven temperature 180 degrees.)
